Five paths, curated whole-person approach.
Five paths, curated whole-person approach.
You are at a transformation point in your life — maybe about your health, a loss, a work challenge, or a family matter. My approach has always been whole-person wellbeing: more purpose, less pressure; more truth, less tale; more sacred, less stress; more wisdom, less wiring. Here, you’re held in a non-judgmental, safe, and trusting space to work through whatever is coming up for you.
Yoga does not just change the way we see things — it transforms the person who sees.
Yoga keeps the body and mind fit and in sync. I teach a range of ages and styles:
Chair / Senior — for anyone with reduced or limited mobility
Kids — for ages 6 to 12
Hatha / Vinyasa — mindful flow
Breathwork — Pranayama — regulating and harnessing the breath
Mudra — symbolic hand gestures that support neuro-cognitive function
In the beginning, there was sound. In sound resides frequency, and in frequency resides transformative vibration.
Sound Bath / Yoga Nidra — Yoga Nidra is deep restorative meditation; sound bath is immersion in frequencies said to activate theta waves.
Mantra Chanting — chanting sacred syllables and words to soothe the mind
Kirtan — the joy of singing and dancing together in community
According to American College of Lifestyle Medicine, Optimal Nutrition, Physical Activity, Stress Management, Restorative Sleep, Connection and Risky Substance Avoidance are the 6 pillars to whole health.
I have helped people with chronic diseases like hypertension, diabetes, arthritis, inflammation, autoimmune conditions and recovery from stroke. We need our optimum health to live a good quality of life, as independently as we can as we age, with our humor intact when life goes sideways.
Ayurveda creates harmony in body, mind, and spirit — living in sync with ourselves, others, and the world around us.
Dosha — your fundamental energy type — Vata, Pitta, or Kapha
Lifestyle & Routine — keeping in sync with nature’s circadian rhythm and a daily routine
Nutrition — food as medicine
Shirodhara - for anxiety and sleep
Kati Basti, Janu Basti for chronic pain
